kari ikan ><<<<(^.^)

Using the Serbuk Kari Ikan my sis sent me to cook some curry fish.
my first attempt was a disaster. very weird taste...
I should not put garlic in every dish...
then, the second time, kari ikan without garlic,
tasted not that strange but still something is missing...
last week, the malay girl who came to Tsukuba with me was cooking in the shared kitchen while I was trying out my third attempt of kari ikan...
her babas spice filled the air... smelt so yummy~~~
and i was looking at ingredients for my kari ikan... embarrassed (>.<)
I just cant figure out the way to improve this dish until i saw the tomato on her side ~~~
yes! tomato! i should try this. and it turned out to be a right decision... =)
and today, my forth attempt. and it looks and tastes better than the first three times~
the tomato gives my kari ikan some sour taste
and YES! it tasted just like a dish of edible kari ikan!

learn from mistakes, grow with experience... =)
